A move-out packet holds photographs of a home and a tenant's name and forwarding address. Here is exactly where that goes, and who can see it.
Private storage, never a public link
Photos, receipts, and generated PDFs are stored in a private bucket. Nothing is publicly listed or reachable by guessing an address.
Your account can see your files. No other account can.
Every file sits in a folder tied to your account, and the database enforces row-level security on every record. Another MoveOutGuard user cannot read your packets, even by guessing an ID.
Previews expire in ten minutes
When you open a photo, the app issues a signed link that expires after ten minutes. A copied link stops working shortly after.
Nothing is sent to your tenant
MoveOutGuard never emails, texts, or mails anyone. You download the statement and deliver it yourself, when you are ready.
We never see your card
Payment is taken by Paddle, our payment processor. We store the unlock status of your packet and Paddle's transaction reference — never card numbers.
AI drafts from only what it needs
To draft descriptions, the specific photo or receipt being analyzed is sent to a third-party AI infrastructure provider for that one operation. Every draft waits for your review before it reaches a letter.
Delete it whenever you like
Deleting a packet removes its files from storage. Deleting your account from Settings removes your packets, files, and sign-in.
